One of the most compelling reasons to build a stronger brain is that it will otherwise deteriorate as we age. Luckily, research clearly shows that we can maintain brain health and even prevent or delay dementia by changing our daily habits.
The ageing population is a concern world wide. This concern assumes dependency and dementia. I believe that elders can contribute significantly if they develop wisdom and remain independent. To do this, the brain needs understanding, good lifestyle habits and exercise.
